Den Zahnriemen sollte, man auch wenn die Kilometer (laut Handbuch 80.000 km) nicht erreicht sind, spätestens alle 10 Jahre wechseln. Meine Anleitung:
– Keilriemen von der Lichtmaschine abnehmen
– Schrauben der Silentblöcke am Motor abschrauben
– Motor an der Ölwanne anheben, aber bitte ganz vorn (Beulen in der
Ölwanne bereiten unangenehme Nebenwirkungen)
– Lüfterrad demontieren (Achtung: Linksgewinde)
– danach kann man das Gehäuse ausbauen und den Riemen wechseln
Bei bedfordparts.de (auf der Seite gibt es noch weitere gute Anleitungen) gibt es auch eine Schablone zum Einbau.
Einbau in umgekehrter Reihenfolge.
The timing belt should be replaced every 10 years at the latest, even if the kilometres have not been reached. My instructions:
– Remove the V-belt from the alternator
– Unscrew the screws of the silent blocks on the engine
– Lift the engine by the oil pan, but please do so from the very front
(dents in the oil pan oil pan cause unpleasant side effects)
– Remove the fan wheel (note: left-hand thread)
then you can remove the housing and change the belt
